How can I schedule a demo?

How quickly can I get a lift delivered?

Lead times vary for every model, and also vary week to week, month to month. If you would like to know the current lead time for a certain model, please reach out to our Sales Team at sales@allaccessequipment.com or (978) 712-4950 option 1.

Are all of your lifts dielectrically insulated?

The only CMC tracked aerial lift that is dielectrically insulated up to 46kV is the CMC 75i. All of our other models are not insulated, and you should not operate them anywhere near powerlines.

Do you have technical phone support?

Yes we do! We have a fully staffed, dedicated, and always growing technical phone support team. We understand that you are in the field working everyday, and sometimes problems arise. Our technical phone support team is at your service, and will get you back up and running, walk you through procedures, or get you connected to a local service provider if needed.

I need to schedule service work, who do I call?

If you need to schedule service work or an annual inspection, you can contact your nearest dealer or service provider. If you don't know who your nearest service provider is, you can contact our service team at (781) 222-0096 or service@allaccessequipment.com. If we are your nearest service provider, you can also reach us at the same contact points mentioned, and we will get you scheduled as soon as possible.

Parts & Warranty

I need a replacement part for my machine, what is the fastest way to get it?

You should contact your nearest dealer or service provider for a replacement part to be overnight shipped. If they don't have the part, or if we are your nearest provider, you can contact our Parts Department at (978) 712-4950 ext. 1653 or parts@allaccessequipment.com. Please have your model name and serial number ready, so we can best assist you can get you the correct part as quickly as possible.

Is my part covered under warranty?

If you don't know if your part is covered under warranty, please give us a call at (978) 712-4950 ext. 1653 and we will let you know if it is covered. If so, we will ship the part out to you as quickly as possible, and you will need to return the broken part back to us.
